 Shores Hotels is the culmination of years of experience in the fields of architecture, construction, swimming pools, diesel engines, tourism and ultimately hotel management. At Shores Hotels we pride ourselves for our all-encompassing knowledge that enables us to not only manage hotels, but also be part and consult in their design and construction to ensure the utmost in comfort, functionality and environmental sustainability.
Board and Management
Managing Director: Eng. Abdelhamid Abouyoussef.
With a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, a masters degree in engineering from the prestigious University of California at Berkely, multiple studies from Cornell University and years of experience in the field of hotel management, Abdelhamid is the mastermind behind the creation and phenomenal growth of this company. He is also a key shareholder in the larger Abouyoussef group (see History for more about this group); the chairman of Djarra company for touristic investments, the creator and owner of an eco lodge in Bahareya oases; and the managing director of Allied company for touristic investments, creator and owner of a major touristic and real estate development in Marsa Alam.
General Manager: Mr. Hossam El Fiki.
After 3 decades in hotel operations and management with major companies such as Hyatt, Sheraton, Accor, Helnan and Intercontinental, complimented with many management and hospitality certificates from Cornell University, USA, Mr. Fiki brings to Shores Hotels the expertise, knowledge and insight that drives Shores Hotels to the attainment of its 5-star standards. |
